In Fall 2024, Grade 11 and 12 PVA theatre students studied playwriting with Mr. A and were invited to submit the one-act plays they completed in class to be workshopped in what would ultimately become the PVA Spring Play Mainstage.

18 scripts were submitted; 5 were selected. Student directors, actors, and designers emerged to support the development of these new works, and in just under two months’ time, are ready to premiere the raw, hilarious, heartfelt, campy, thrilling, and unfiltered works of their peers.

The result is 4 evenings (and 1 Saturday matinee!) showcasing a mash-up of TWO PLAYS per performance date of purely student-crafted theatre! Be sure to get your tickets early so you can see them all!
